As a reminder, our rack system is not setup to accommodate Flat bottom, Pontoon , Inboard vessels or Radars.

Our rack system is NOT setup to accommodate Flat bottom, Pontoon or Inboard vessels.
Any vessel with a hard top or t-top may not have a radar on top. We do not accommodate radars.
Our dry slips can accommodate up to a 25' vessel
Each contract is for 1 (one) year.
The first and last month’s deposit are required at signing.
Payment Options:
- Place a credit card on file for your monthly draft to take place on the 1st or 15th of each month. There is a 3% monthly convenience fee with this option.
- Pay for the year in full with cash or check. There is a 2% discount with this option
- Enroll in ACH bank draft to have your monthly payment drafted from your bank account on the 1st or 15th of each month.
Contract includes 1 launch and retrieval per day with complimentary outside hull rinse
2 parking passes, 1 Primary and 1 Guest
On-site non-ethanol fuel. A credit card is required to be on file for fuel purchases
On-site convenience store for ice, beer, wine, soda, water, snacks and more
Smart APP launching technology for all boat launch requests
Concierge Services – for items requested to be delivered to your boat (ice, beverages, snacks, etc.) and waiting for you when you arrive.
Work Rack for any needed repairs/ maintenance
Gated boat storage with remote gate access
$300,000 Liability Insurance/ Pollution Insurance/ adding Marsh Creek and Dry Storage LLC as an additional insured is required for all slips
Membership to The Sailfish Bar & Restaurant
